Design is really not always made by the designer. Customers want to be a part of the process and most of the times get involved in the projects. Therefore designs are a matter of taste not only of experience or talent and include both the designers options as well as the clients. That's my philosophy anyway regarding an awesome design result.

Stock photography, hosting and other paid services can be costly, but there are alternatives which lead to decreased design costs.
It's always my main concern to make designs as cost-efficient as possible while still keeping projects high quality and having a fast turnover.
